Delivery Information
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times will differ from product to product. Most products are kept in stock and will be shipped the next working day.
Other products are made to order and the delivery time will be labelled on the product.
Will my order come together in 1 delivery?
Although we stock most of the products on our website, if multiple orders of the same product is made and we run out of stock, we may ship the products direct from the manufacture. In these cases, you may receive multiple deliveries at different times. You will be notified if this is the case.
Can I collect my order instead of delivery?
Yes we can offer a collection service. In these cases, please contact us prior to completing the order so we can ensure there is no delivery charge. This cannot be done if the order has been placed on the website.
Order Returns
Can I return my parcel?
Yes, we accept returns. You will need to contact us for a returns form so that it goes back to the correct return address.
Are returns accepted on all products?
No, we can only accept returns on all 'in-stock' products. Any products 'made to order' cannot be returned.
